not as cool as the Tomahawk, but still cool. Mech: I wanted to love the Rat King, but the limited traverse and low speed together make it suprisingly difficult to use, so I have to go with the Julius. not really a tank guy but the Cannmore is pretty great.Īgrav: Tomahawk. I, like everyone, loves the Touro, but the Mantis and the Praetor are i think the two best looking mechs in the game, and are also both ruthless killing machines. Mech: I love them all, but I have to give a special shout out to the Mantis and the Praetor. While I still have things to purchase, I'm gravitating toward higher multiplier vehicles, so if nothing else that might change when that's finished and I get into more experimental sorts of play. These are all subject to change, of course. In the end, the heavy hitter with spacer shielding and agrav maneuverability (if not exactly speed, in this case) wins out for me. It's a little squishy, but the agility and weaponry combo it has can make up for that with a little care and cleverness.Īgrav - Vex: I like a lot of the Spacer agravs, so this was a tough call.
Tank - Busker: It hits hard for something that moves that quickly, at least in my experience. Immensely durable and fast for a vehicle its size, the weapons are a bit weaker but I find a bit more ammo efficient as a consequence, and then you still have the Spacer heavy stomp to make up the difference. Mech - Doric: Probably my all time favorite vehicle in the game.
In the end the edge goes to the Propter, for having style on top of the weapons combo well suited to a quick, light agrav. The Swordfish and Propter both appeal to me, for somewhat different reasons but about equally. Honorable mention goes to the Party Van, for having the aux mount with 3x multiplier (like the Troubador), but it gets caught on terrain to easily to be consistently fun I find.Īgrav - Propter: I honestly don't know here. That, and I do love the Treehouse's desciption and visuals. I actually like the Lowmil better as far as the gargauntuan tanks go, but the Treehouse is still my favorite of the Corvid tanks, it it gets the honorary 'giant tank' slot. Tank - Treehouse: I'm generally not a fan of Corvid tanks. On top of the, the Fence beats the 'Mog for me because it gains 360 torso rotation in exchange for health, in a weight class that really can't survive much fire other way. I'm not great in them, but they're fun to mess around with. It's no Lowmil, but it can hit hard for its speed.Īgrav - Raider: this one's a tough call, since my go-to agravs all belong to other factions, but the from what I've tried of it the raider seems like it has the best mix of speed, durability and firepower for me personally. This is exactly what I am looking for in a vehicle, when I want to make some money. Tank - Troubador: an aux mount on a vehicle with a 3x multiplier. Mech - Mantis: admittedly this is largely speculation on my part, I haven't done much with this mech yet, but dual aux mounts a faster speed for a large mech sound right up my alley. Some of these are going to have to be educated guesses, I haven't played all the vehicles enough yet to have sure favorites in every category. Very Corvid.Īpart from UFOing around like a madman in the Arlo, I don't really play any of these vehicles. Maybe just because it's the only playable gravtank, but the Roper has this wonderful way of drifting around turns that makes it feel like it's carrying way more in guns than it should by any means. I got outshot by a Spacer powersuit once. Riding this makes Merlo Reis a tense experience. The Huss wins on aesthetics but the Kettle is totally a floating gun surrounded by armour. Only thing is the Aux cannon can't always deal with all the aggro the Heavy gun draws, but I can never resist bringing a Bishop along.Īgrav - Kettle. I feel bad picking so many heavies when the light vehicles are a little more engaging, but I am a huge sucker for the old warhorse shtick and the Canmore is a real beauty. The light mechs are cool too, especially the Krote-knockoff (which zips around stunningly fast for its armament, dual Mae Dois will tear anything to shreds) but there's really nothing like trudging around in the mech from the box art.
